- Consulting Excellence: Provide top-notch Degree Works implementation services, training, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients.
- Innovative Solutions: Analyze existing business practices and offer recommendations to leverage technology tools for improving processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: Thrive in an environment with varying challenges and user knowledge levels, showcasing your ability to adapt and excel.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry.
- 5 or more years of experience working with Degree Works, beyond an end user, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
- Experience serving on implementation teams and supporting Degree Works while advising on degree audits, completion requirements, or curriculum management.
- Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business processes and creating efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Degree Works system and provide training to employees and end users.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach.
- The ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in accurately transcribing and documenting academic information using Degree Works, demonstrating a keen ability to scribe and maintain precise records of students' academic progress.
- Experience managing project based work.
- Familiarity with a Student Information System (SIS) such as Banner is highly valued.
- A basic understanding of Oracle database tables and SQL is advantageous.
Pay and Benefits
- The salary range is $90,000 -$125,000 with bonus potential
