About the Role:
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage receiving, inventory control, procurement, and logistics. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across departments and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting vendor relationships, and ensuring timely material flow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and document packing slips and purchase orders in ERP (Acumatica preferred).
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records and labeling.
- Issue and manage purchase orders; follow up on late orders and coordinate with suppliers.
- Support inbound/outbound logistics including small packages, LTLs, and oversized loads.
- Collaborate with production, receiving, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with vendor communications and sourcing tasks.
- Provide backup support during peak demand or staff absences.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or receiving.
- 10+ years in manufacturing.
- ERP system experience (Acumatica preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital documentation.
- Forklift/material handling equipment experience (certification preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse/manufacturing settings.
