We’re looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator who thrives in a hands-on environment; someone who can own Revit model production, coordination, and quality across multiple projects while working closely with engineering teams from early design through construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage Revit models and drawing sets across multiple mission critical projects
- Work within large, collaborative model environments (linking and coordinating across disciplines)
- Partner directly with MEP design teams to support project execution from concept through construction
- Support model coordination and clash resolution across disciplines
- Maintain model organization, standards, and overall model health
- Contribute to BIM workflows, templates, and best practices
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of hands-on Revit production experience in engineering, architecture, or construction
- Strong experience with MEP modeling and multidisciplinary coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (daily production user)
- Experience working in collaborative model environments with multiple linked models
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / Forma)
- Understanding of project lifecycle, including design and construction phases (CA exposure)
- Familiarity with clash detection and coordination workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Strong communication skills working closely with design teams and project stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
- Background in a consulting engineering environment
- Experience developing BIM standards, templates, or families
- Exposure to construction documentation and model-to-field workflows
- BIM certifications (Revit Professional, CM-BIM, etc.)
COMPENSATION
Base Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000+ (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skills and/or location)
