Our Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team combines real-world construction experience with advanced virtual design technology to support some of the largest data center projects in the industry.

This is a paid, hourly internship designed for current students, upcoming graduates, and recent graduates looking to build hands-on Revit and VDC experience while working alongside experienced industry professionals. Interns will contribute to real projects, develop technical modeling skills, and learn how VDC supports construction coordination, fabrication, and field execution.

This internship is best suited for current students and recent graduates with degrees or coursework related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Architectural Engineering, Construction Technology, BIM/VDC, or other building systems-related disciplines.

Internship Highlights:

Program Logistics: 

  • Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016
  • 100% in-office internship
  • Hourly position: $22.00/hour
  • Requires completion of 400 total internship hours
  • Flexible schedule of 16–36 hours per week, based on availability and school schedule
  • Program duration varies based on weekly hours worked, typically 12–24 weeks
  • Completion of at least one Revit course or class is required

Successful completion of the internship may provide an opportunity to be considered for full-time employment based on individual performance, business needs, and available positions at the time of program completion.
