Consultant

Are you an experienced management consultant with a passion for strategy, economics and policy advice? We’re looking for a consultant with specific experience and expertise in economics and policy advice to join our consulting team, where you’ll contribute to understanding and communicating impactful solutions for our clients.

  • Full time, Hybrid – Melbourne or Sydney.

About the role

As an SPP Consultant you'll work with our clients to solve business problems, understand and evaluate policy and business impact, take on project management responsibilities and lead the development of solutions.

Typical tasks include:

  • Developing clear, well written and easy to understand reports and presentations based on our analysis to assist our clients in understanding complex problems and appropriate responses.
  • Map out logical approach for analysis and contribute to the development of strategy, solutions, methodologies, analytical frameworks and tools to support our clients.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure timely delivery within a controlled project scope.
  • Contributing to thought leadership on current developments and emerging trends across SPP's client sectors.
  • Facilitate client forums and workshops for effective engagement to assist with both projects and business development activity.
  • Collaborate with SPP Partners to identify new opportunities and develop your own network of business relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics).
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous strategy or management consulting experience is preferred.
