What You’ll Do:

• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Troubleshoot & repair HVAC systems (HVAC certification required)
• Conduct property inspections and address issues promptly
• Participate in rotating on‑call emergency coverage

What You Bring:

• HVAC certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Basic plumbing/electrical skills & maintenance experience
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
