Job Description: Maintenance Agent

The Maintenance Agent plays a critical role in our property management company, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service while managing incoming calls related to maintenance requests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and
a commitment to tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will assist tenants in reporting maintenance issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Handle a high volume of tenant calls, to accurately log maintenance requests
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing tenant inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication regarding maintenance updates and timelines.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to schedule and track work orders, to manage utility connections and disconnections, and to obtain quotes for property repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of maintenance requests, tenant interactions, and issue resolutions within the property management software.
  • Assist in preparing maintenance reports and to provide feedback to improve overall processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, request logging, and maintenance coordination.
  • Experience in property management.
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and service request workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative. 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Monthly salary: COP $2,850,000
  • Includes mandatory benefits by law (prestaciones de ley)

Work Location 

  • Hybrid role based in Bogotá, Colombia
