Job Description:
The porter is responsible for the upkeep of the property’s common areas and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. This position involves routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as well as assistance in various property management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Maintenance:
  - Perform daily cleaning of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, laundry facilities, and recreational areas.
  - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report issues to management.
  - Assist with trash removal and recycling programs, ensuring designated areas are clean and free of debris.
2. Groundskeeping:
  - Maintain the exterior of the property, including landscaping, sidewalks, parking lots, and community amenities.
  - Ensure that all outdoor spaces are well-kept, tidy, and safe for residents.
3. Resident Relations:
  - Interact with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing any immediate concerns or inquiries.
  - Assist in organizing community events or activities as needed.
4. Safety and Compliance:
  - Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with property policies and regulations.
  - Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
5. Miscellaneous Duties:
  - Assist with deliveries or package retrieval for residents when necessary.
  - Support maintenance staff with various tasks, such as moving furniture or equipment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Hourly Rate: 17.00 USD
