Marketing Intern - Creator Marketing & Growth

Strawberry.me is a career coaching platform that matches people with vetted coaches within 24 hours. We help people who feel burnt out, lost, or stuck. Whether they want a career change, clarity, or just someone to help them figure out what they actually want. Our coaches are vetted, real, and matched with the user in under 24 hours based on their specific needs and situation.

We're looking for a creative, organized summer intern to help us scale our creator partnerships program as we grow. You'll own real work across creator marketing, organic social, and paid media. This position is onsite at our Palo Alto office. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Creator Marketing

• Source and vet creators who authentically fit the Strawberry.me brand. The right audience, the right voice, the right vibe
• Own outreach and relationship management from first contact through to signed partnership
• Manage the full creator lifecycle: onboarding, briefing, content review, and keeping partnerships on track
• Identify and build automation into the creator workflow using AI 

Organic Social

• Own the organic social calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn: plan, create, schedule, and post consistently
• Develop content that builds genuine brand presence and resonates with people navigating career transitions, burnout, and professional growth
• Bring creative ideas to the table and own them end to end

Paid Media Support

• Help develop winning ad angles and concepts across Meta and Google Ads
• Research what’s working in the market, stay on top of trends, and bring new creative ideas into the mix
• Support the paid media team on creative as needed

WHO YOU ARE

• Genuinely organized. You keep pipelines clean, flag things before they slip, and manage multiple threads without dropping them
• Curious about creators and what makes partnerships actually work
• Comfortable owning things independently
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Interested in both the creative and the data side of marketing

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva
• Experience in creator outreach, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
• Comfort with AI tools to build automation
• Some experience managing a social account 

🍓 This role is compensated at $20 – $35 per hour, depending on experience.
