TITLE:           OPFOR Role Player (Operations Specialist)

LOCATION:  Fort Walker, VA

 

OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as an OPFOR Role Player in support of the 1st Special Forces Command Joint National Training Capability (JNTC). This work will be performed at Fort Walker, VA.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will serve as the Target Lead.
  • Control the flow of information to/from role players to GOV REP / Site Lead.
  • Attend exercise meetings/update briefs, as required.
  • Coordinate schedules and transportation of role players to and from the targets/lanes.
  • Assist the GOV REP with emplacing role players, managing props, and creating the denied environment for the scenario during day and night operations.
  • Shall be willing and able to participate in force-on-force scenarios using blank, SIMs, and/or UTM ammunition during day and night operations.
  • Shall stay in role during all scenario events.
  • Ride in military vehicles (i.e. up-armored, off-road vehicles, non-standard vehicles and/or all-terrain vehicles.
  • Walk distances more than 1 mile, as scenario events dictate.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Secret security clearance required.
  • Must be a former US Army Special Forces Officer (CPT or above), Chief Warrant Officer (CW2 or above) or Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E8 or above).
  • Must have a valid State issued driver's license.
