C4ISR Analyst - Mid
LOCATION
Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C.
OVERVIEW
Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate to serve as a C4ISR Analyst at the Mid-level, working at the DIAC on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SIGINT analysis, cyber targeting, or network link analysis, and demonstrate the ability to deliver complex findings to senior leaders in both written and verbal form. This role supports the development of operational intelligence products, functional requirements, and technical analysis across the cyber and C4ISR mission domains, with a focus on identifying threats to U.S. national security in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR) and beyond.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze large volumes of data to produce actionable intelligence for government and military clients.
- Conduct technical targeting, SIGINT-based analysis, and network link analysis in support of C4ISR missions.
- Translate intelligence requirements into actionable analytic outputs tailored to combatant command or IC stakeholders.
- Develop and brief high-quality deliverables to senior policymakers and defense leadership.
- Evaluate foreign military C4ISR capabilities, cyber strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Support functional requirements analysis for operational and technical planning.
- Collaborate with cyber and SIGINT professionals across IC and DoD agencies
REQUIREMENTS
- Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to take a CI polygraph, if required.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience. 7 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.
- 3 years of experience in either technical targeting, network link analysis, functional or technical intelligence requirements.
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
