Position Overview:
Stress Free Auto Care, Inc., a venture capital-backed company, is at the forefront of modernizing the auto repair industry by leading a digital transformation of this traditionally offline space. We are a fast-paced and fast-growing company with a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to quickly rise through the ranks. Our Area Manager - Trainee program is designed to immerse talented professionals from outside the auto industry in a rotational leadership program, preparing them for a fast-track path to General Management. You’ll gain experience in overseeing multiple locations, driving sales, and managing teams in a high-growth environment, setting the stage for future leadership roles within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rotational Leadership Training:
- Engage in a comprehensive, hands-on rotational program across multiple locations to learn the ins and outs of shop operations, customer service, and team leadership.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand our digital-first approach, modernizing customer interactions, streamlining processes, and improving operational efficiencies.
- Lead shop teams to provide exceptional customer service, while optimizing for sales growth and operational success.
2. Sales & Customer Relations:
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction, particularly with high-dollar clientele.
- Develop a customer-centric culture by leveraging digital tools to enhance the service experience.
- Lead teams to consistently deliver superior service while meeting and exceeding sales goals across multiple locations.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
- Oversee and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Take an active role in hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure alignment with company goals and operational standards.
- Act as a leader and motivator, setting high expectations for performance and accountability at every location.
4. Operational Oversight:
- Gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, from financial performance and workflow efficiency to staffing and inventory management.
- Leverage the company’s digital platforms and technology to streamline operations and drive profitability.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
5. Fast-Track to General Management:
- Upon successful completion of the rotational program, move into a General Management role, responsible for overseeing multiple shop locations.
- Play a critical role in executing the company’s strategic vision, expanding into new markets, and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to continue transforming the auto repair industry through technology and innovation.
