Responsibilities
- Nurture sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Pursue Outbound sales with follow up
- Engage with customers, documenting and providing advice on customer needs using our established workflow. Coordinate and dispatch work orders to stores as needed.
- Utilize a structured sales approach to advise on services, parts, and maintenance packages that align with customer needs and preferences.
- Address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes, providing detailed explanations and recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Educate customers on potential cost-saving opportunities, warranty protections, and maintenance plans to enhance their vehicle's performance and longevity.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service appointments using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, service offerings, and promotional campaigns to effectively promote and sell shop services and products.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding changes in service timelines and vehicle readiness.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and persuasively with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while achieving or beating sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services, including familiarity with service packages, parts, and warranty programs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Meet or exceed the National Average Typing speed, based on Words Per Minute of 40 or above
- Strong phone presence and experience handling dozens of calls per day
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
