Your Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise as a full diagnostic technician to handle complex automotive repairs, including heating/cooling, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and suspension.
• Deliver quality repairs that meet our high standards and adhere to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete detailed preventative maintenance reports using digital visual inspections.
• Communicate with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, prioritizing safety.
• Follow all relevant regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Who You Are:

• A mechanic/technician with 10-15+ years of experience in an automotive shop.
• Proficient in automotive diagnostics and problem-solving.
• You hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• You have your own set of tools for performing repairs and maintenance.
• ASE Certifications are a plus, but not required—if you’re eager to learn, we support your growth.
• Detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move over 50 pounds occasionally and work with tools on vehicles at various heights.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and using hand tools efficiently.
• Willingness to be on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles and navigating computers effectively.
