Stress Free Auto Care is seeking a team of seasoned Automotive Technicians to join our growing team, that would support our 12 shop locations across the SF Bay Area. If you're an experienced professional with a cutting-edge skillset, we want you! This position includes a centralized headquarters to be dispatched from, pay to travel, and the opportunity to work with the latest in automotive technology.

Position Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $35/hr to $75/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide support to 12 Stress Free Auto Care locations across the SF Bay Area utilizing company vehicle.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform general repairs, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs on-site and at Stress Free shop locations.
• Collaborate with the specialist team at our Mountain View Headquarters for expert support.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering timely, efficient, and stress-free auto care solutions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years prior experience working in an automotive repair shop
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required
• Have necessary set of tools to perform repairs & maintenance
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet or exceed hourly goals

 Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer
