We’re expanding fast and looking for emerging leaders who want to grow a business, lead teams, and drive results—even if they’ve never stepped foot in a repair shop. As a Service Manager in Training, you’ll run operations, manage people, and drive performance using data and systems—not tools. Think of it like running your own business: you’ll lead a team, own the results, and continually improve how work gets done.

This role is perfect for candidates who assimilate with high volume, fast paced environments that can walk into a new challenge, ask the right questions, and lead by example.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Operational Efficiency - streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to increase throughput and revenue.
  • Lead and Develop Teams - hire, train, and manage team members - fostering a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth.
  • Own the P&L - understand and influence labor costs, part margins, and revenue. You'll operate like an owner.
  • Use Data to Make Decisions - leverage KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and make improvements.
  • Deliver World-Class Guest Service - maintain high service standards and resolve issues with empathy and speed.
  • Improve Systems & Execution - build repeatable processes and adopt best practices across locations.

Who You Are

We’re looking for future general managers, district leaders, and business operators—the kind of people who thrive in leading teams and driving results. The ideal candidate has:

  • 1–4 years of experience in a service-driven environment (retail, hospitality, logistics, restaurants, etc.)
  • Proven people leadership - whether in work, student orgs, military, or sports
  • Strong communication skills - both with frontline employees and customers
  • Bias for action - you solve problems instead of waiting on someone else
  • Coachability and humility - you want to grow, take feedback, and lead with empathy
  • Analytical mindset - you’re comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and performance goals
  • Entrepreneurial drive - you think like an owner and act like a leader Customer-first orientation - you believe service is a competitive advantage

You do not need automotive or mechanical experience. We'll teach you the industry. We’re hiring for leadership potential, not technical skills.
