Position Summary: The Regional Manager will oversee and drive performance across multiple locations within the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Currently overseeing 4 retail locations, this role is expected to manage between 6-10 locations by the end of the year. This leadership role involves strategic planning, operational execution, team development, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Automotive industry experience is not required, but the successful candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in driving results.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage store managers and teams across multiple locations to achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize market performance, customer satisfaction, and growth objectives.

Regularly analyze financial and operational metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure high standards for customer service and facility management are consistently maintained.

Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Act as the primary liaison between the corporate office and regional stores, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Manage and control expenses within budgetary guidelines.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.

8-15 years of management experience, ideally overseeing multi-unit operations.

Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable performance improvements.

Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience managing P&L responsibilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to successfully execute strategic initiatives.
