What We Offer:

• Sign-On Bonus-Up to $24,000 for qualifying positions.
• Competitive Hourly Pay: Up to $60 per hour based on years of experience!
• Performance Bonus: Up to $10 per billable hour!

As a Stress-Free Auto Care technician, you’ll:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
• Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
• Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service
• Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement

Pay/Years of experience breakdown:

• A Level: 7-10+ years of experience
  • Up to $60 an hour
• B Level: 2-7 years of experience
  • Up to $45 an hour
• Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience
  • Up to $32 an hour
