Solutions Engineer

Job Summary:
As a Solutions Engineer at Strider Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing consultatory expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and prospective clients to understand their needs, articulate the value of our products/services, and ensure successful integration within their operations. You will also work as the conduit between your Account Executives and our Global Intelligence Team to speak to the value our data and findings provide. This position requires a technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting client relationships.
What you will do:
- Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Lead on product demonstrations, answer data scoping questions, and address client concerns to help close deals.
- Work closely with the sales team, providing value proposition expertise to support the sales process.
- Help bridge the gap between technical complexities and client needs, ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the client's requirements.
- Create and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and documentation to showcase how the product or solution meets the client's needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, the Global Intelligence team, and client success to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback from the field to assist in continuous product improvement.
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
- Experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of national security issues and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ability to work independently to deliver outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel.
