Position Summary:

As a Senior Account Executive at Strider, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the enterprise sector. By driving new client acquisition and managing the entire sales lifecycle, you will position Strider as a key partner for businesses navigating global strategic competition. Your role is pivotal in helping organizations leverage our solutions to secure their innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Sales Success: Lead the end-to-end sales process with large, complex organizations—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and nurture impactful client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and partner to decision-makers.
  • Understand and Deliver Value: Gain deep insights into client needs and challenges, tailoring Strider's solutions to align with their strategic goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and intelligence teams, to deliver integrated solutions that drive client success.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging market needs to position Strider as a thought leader.
  • Professional Growth: Continuously enhance your skills through coaching, mentorship, and access to industry-leading training resources. 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of closing complex high-value deals. 
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex products and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually, to effectively convey ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales methodologies; experience with MEDDIC or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • A passion for solving client challenges and creating long-term value.
