United States - Remote

Striim, (pronounced “stream” with two i’s for integration and intelligence), is a unified data integration and streaming platform that connects clouds, data, and applications with unprecedented speed and simplicity to deliver the right data at the right time. Striim is used by enterprise companies to monitor events across any environment, build applications that drive digital transformation, and leverage true real-time analytics to provide a superior experience to their customers. At our company, we believe and expect all of our employees to operate as one with unlimited potential and dignity.

Striim is hiring a Partner Sales Engagement Manager to execute partner-facing programs and co-sell initiatives with key hyperscaler partners—Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Snowflake. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of our partner event activities and day-to-day collaboration with field sales teams.

This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of partner engagement before, during, and after events, and will serve as a key liaison between Striim’s sales team and our hyperscaler partner organizations. While program direction will be defined by the leadership team, this role will be fully accountable for bringing those plans to life.

We are a lean, high-velocity team, and the ideal candidate will be a quick learner with excellent follow-through, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Own all logistical and communication elements of partner events, including pre-event outreach, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up and reporting.
  • Execute co-sell and partner engagement plans as defined by leadership, with a focus on field alignment and partner activation.
  • Coordinate directly with hyperscaler partner teams to ensure timely follow-up, messaging consistency, and execution of enablement activities.
  • Liaise between Striim’s sales team and partner organizations to drive co-sell motions, track opportunities, and ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting dashboards, and engagement trackers to provide visibility across programs and partners.
  • Attend and represent Striim at partner roadshows, field events, and meetings (travel up to 50%).
  • Partner with internal teams to gather materials, schedule meetings, prep for events, and ensure timely communication and updates.

 Requirements

  •  3–5 years of experience in a partner-facing, channel, or field execution role, ideally within a cloud, SaaS, or data-focused company.
  • Direct experience working with hyperscaler partners (Google Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure preferred) in a co-sell or field engagement capacity.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and a basic understanding of the modern data landscape.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and process discipline.
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across companies.
  • Capable of managing programs and executing tasks independently with limited oversight.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), shared team trackers, and partner reporting tools.
  • Comfortable with travel and in-person event participation (up to 50%). Non-negotiable.
  • Must be highly responsive and reliable across all communication channels—including email, Slack, text, and phone—to ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

We offer

  • Pre-IPO stock options
  • Comprehensive health care plans (medical, dental and vision), including medical and dependent FSA
  • Retirement plan (401K)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • The chance to contribute to and shape an upbeat, fully engaged culture

Base Compensation Range: $125,000 - $135,000 USD on an annualized basis. In addition to base pay, this role offers the opportunity to earn commission-based rewards.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
