Our client seeks a Senior Sales Development Representative with a strong background in end-to-end enterprise sales, specifically targeting banks, credit unions, and fintechs. This senior-level role calls for a strategic, goal-oriented professional experienced in managing the full sales cycle and achieving results in complex B2B sales environments within the life insurance or financial services space.

In this position, you will drive new business by introducing our client’s innovative solutions to industry leaders. What you’ll do

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Generate sales leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media platforms.
  •  Manage and utilize CRM data for effective pipeline management and strategic client follow-ups to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers at conferences and industry networking events across the U.S.
  • Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of work experience in business development, sales, partnership development and management with a focus on end-to end deal cycles.
  • Background selling large enterprise life insurance products is a strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling B2B products to Banks, Credit Unions, Fintechs, and/or financial services sectors.
  • Proficiency with cold prospecting clients, creating and delivering sales presentations, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM),
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable sales targets and drive tangible results within complex, strategic sales environments.
