What You’ll Do 

The Digital Product Manager will be a critical part of the Digital Product team, partnering with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, clinicians, and operators to deliver on Strive’s Digital product vision and move strategic KPIs in a scalable and standardized way through tech-enabled solutions. This role will serve as the Voice of the Customer and SME in your product area, identify the most pressing problems to solve, and work with the cross-functional team to deliver user-driven solutions to optimize clinical workflows, reduce administrative burden, enhance the member/patient experience, and enable responsible AI-driven automation across patient and provider interactions. 

As a Digital Product Manager in either the Patient Engagement or Patient Interventions digital product portfolio, this individual will be expected to thrive in ambiguity and creating clarity out of complex problems. This role will report to the Director of Digital Product. Following Strive’s Series D funding round, and with our Board of Director’s and Chief Technology Officer’s enthusiastic support and funding mandate, this role will directly contribute to developing and executing digital capabilities that leverage AI, automation, and analytics to drive measurable outcomes as we transform the patient and provider journey. 

The Day to Day 

  • Owns day-to-day functions of a small digital product value stream, including executing on the product vision and roadmap. 
  • Partners with Product leadership and stakeholders to define the  KPIs and product outcomes. 
  • Executes day-to-day of product discovery, serves as the voice of the customer, facilitates interdisciplinary team to deliver on goals, and measures success or failure, with oversight from Product leadership. 
  • Collaborates closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics counterparts within Strive’s Agile SDLC to translate strategic goals into scalable, high-impact product solutions. 
  • Understands their product area with a focus on digital health, AI-enabled workflows, and value-based care models. 
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement skills and can influence stakeholder groups while gaining trust across the organization. 
  • Leverages data driven insights to make effective prioritization decisions and measure the success of initiatives. 
  • Leads a cross-functional agile team, consistently driving focus and strong outcomes. 
  • Demonstrates comfort in change and can facilitate a team to strategically adapt and evolve. 

  

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a product management role. 
  • 4+ years’ experience at either a healthcare delivery organization or working on a technology product in an agile environment. 
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms. 
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Proven understanding of digital health ecosystems, clinical workflow technology, and healthcare data interoperability. 
  • Proven track record in healthcare technology, ideally with value-based care, population health, or digital health platforms. 
  • Experience leading digital patient experience initiatives (mobile/web/omnichannel). 
  • Demonstrated success in deploying AI/LLM solutions responsibly. 
  • Experience operating within pod-based SDLC model, partnering directly with Engineering and Data Science teams.

  • Talent for distilling abstract ideas and product vision into actionable nuts and bolts user stories and acceptance criteria. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Strategy, Clinical Operations, and Go-To-Market partners to ensure Digital Product roadmap aligns with enterprise priorities while remaining execution-focused.  

 

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $99,000 - $124,000
