What You’ll Do 

  • Own complex support requests and incidents end to end in Freshservice, from triage and prioritization through resolution, communication, documentation, and closure. 
  • Maintain accurate ticket data and SLA adherence. 
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues that require deeper troubleshooting or cross functional coordination for our various toolings(Hardware, software, identity management, telephony etc).
  • Create and maintain Freshservice workflows, forms and automations. 
  • Identify recurring problems and lead support process improvements through root-cause analysis, knowledge articles, automation, request form enhancements, and clear, repeatable operating procedures. 

Qualifications 

Minimum: 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • 2+ years combined of related education, certification, or work experience. 
  • Internet Connectivity  -  Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms. 
  • Efficient and reliable transportation, including an active driver's license, allowing for travel across an assigned region to meet business needs. 
  • Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs. 

Preferred: 

  • Associate/bachelor’s degree in relevant field(Information Technology/Computer Science)or relevant on the job experience. 
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints in a cloud first enterprise environment. 
  • Relevant experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, Freshservice, and telephony platforms such as Genesys. 
  • Experience with Azure Automation, Powershell, or other languages typically used in automation.  

About You 

  • A proactive, higher level mindset that looks beyond resolving individual tickets to identify recurring issues, automation opportunities, and process improvements. 
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peers, sharing technical knowledge, and strengthening team capabilities through documentation and knowledge transfer. 
  • Relevant experience in a rapidly changing healthcare or regulated environment.  

 

Annual Salary Range: $66,500 - $77,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 5% 

Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
