Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $170,000 - $180,000
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our SaaS healthcare platform tailored for pharmacies. This hybrid role combines traditional product management duties with key product owner responsibilities to ensure alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical execution.
You will drive product vision and strategy while actively collaborating with developers to manage the how and when of feature delivery. This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact healthcare software product that helps pharmacies streamline operations, improve patient outcomes, and stay compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business strategy.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on ROI, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Strive operations, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver go-to-market plans and customer enablement.
Product Owner Responsibilities
- Translate product vision into actionable user stories and detailed requirements.
- Own and groom the product backlog in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Work closely with engineering in sprint planning, daily standups, and backlog refinement to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Define acceptance criteria, review completed work, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders within the development team.
- Ensure features deliver maximum value and meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, pharmacy compliance, etc.).
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS or healthcare software environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with pharmacy software, EHR/EMR systems, or healthcare compliance is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of successful product delivery in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Linear, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare IT, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
Bonus Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Pragmatic Institute or other product management training
- Prior project management experience preferred
