Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Lehi, UT (remote with occasional onsite meetings required) or remote (US-Based)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

 

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to ensure our go-to-market engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and insightfully. You’ll work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager, Sr. Business Enablement Manager, and cross-functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Ops to optimize our funnel, clean up workflows, and build scalable systems that empower reps and leaders alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, audit, and optimize our HubSpot CRM (pipelines, lifecycle stages, deal workflows, etc.)
  • Support and refine dashboarding and reporting for sales performance, funnel health, and rep activity
  • Assist with workflow automation, task creation, and lead routing rules in HubSpot
  • Partner with Sales Enablement Manager to optimize templates, snippets, documents, and sales content libraries to support the field
  • Support integration and maintenance of connected tools (e.g., phone systems, email, ZoomInfo)
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to track usage and adoption of systems and tools
  • Proactively monitor data hygiene, duplicate management, and territory/account cleanliness
  • Troubleshoot user issues and serve as the first line of support for sales reps in the field
  • Understanding and Managing books of business
  • Contributing to deal desk strategy 
  • Goal setting and forecasting for revenue team 
  • Data driven decisions and insights heavy mindset and experience - must LOVE DATA 
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally. Typically 1-3 times a quarter to Arizona headquarters

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years in a Sales Ops, RevOps, CRM Admin, or related role
  • HubSpot CRM experience required 
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; Looker or BI tool experience a plus
  • Experience building workflows, managing data, and supporting sales teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with VoIP phone systems or integrations
  • Background in healthcare, pharma, or SaaS
  • Previous exposure to sales enablement tools (Tools expertise – e.g., Seismic, Gong, Looker, SalesLoft)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Zendesk, Hubpsot)

Annual Salary

$65,000 - $75,000 USD
