Position Type: Full Time, On-Site

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Supervisor to join our Pharmacy Operations team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing our fulfillment technicians, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while supporting team development and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily workflows to ensure adherence to established SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff, supporting professional growth and a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Planning, and Inventory Control to resolve operational challenges and drive improvements.
  • Lead daily shift huddles and support effective communication across shifts.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in achieving departmental goals.
  • Participate in and lead root cause investigations and CAPA activities as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Must be CPhT certified (PTCB preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work designated PM shift hours and flexibility to support business needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
