Senior Product Manager-AI Platform

Austin, Texas, United States

Build, Deploy, and Maintain AI for an Unpredictable World

Striveworks helps organizations harness the power of artificial intelligence to solve real-world national security and business challenges by serving as the command center between data, models, and business outcomes. Founded by data scientists and engineers, Striveworks set out to make the journey from deployment to ongoing optimization simple and effective.

With Striveworks, organizations aren’t just deploying AI—they’re building systems that remain reliable, adaptable, and ready to scale in an unpredictable world. Mission-critical operations require models that perform where they’re deployed, scale as workloads grow, and adapt rapidly as AI capabilities advance. Striveworks meets these demands, increasing reliability and performance while lowering costs—and enabling confident, data-driven decision-making in dynamic environments.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager–AI Platform at Striveworks, you’ll be challenged—and trusted—on day one to be a core contributor to the direction of the company. In this role, you will work closely with our software engineering, data science, and sales teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and to ensure that our platform meets the evolving needs of our customers.

You’re right for this opportunity if you enjoy building highly complex software products and operationalizing cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver enterprise value.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Defining, prioritizing, and scheduling requirements: Work directly with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to write crisp, well-structured requirements and maintain a clear product roadmap. Proactively identify and communicate risks to satisfying requirements.
  • Clearing the pathway for successful execution: Participate in standups, planning, and design sessions to ensure that engineering teams understand priorities and deadlines.  Resolve issues that hinder developer progress. Take ownership for the execution team delivering on time.
  • Validating and testing deliverables: Perform product acceptance testing to confirm that features meet requirements and customer expectations.
  • Documentation and communication: Own the drafting and maintenance of technical documentation, release notes, and internal/external communications on new features.
  • Supporting go-to-market: Partner with marketing to position new capabilities, craft product collateral, and support launch efforts.
  • Staying ahead of the curve: Track customer feedback, market trends, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform the product roadmap and strategic decisions.

This position offers a hybrid/on-site environment at our office in northwest Austin, TX.

We value work that intersects passion and perseverance, we geek out about the potential of our contributions, and we find joy in working hard on things that matter. • Hands-on experience with QA, documentation, and cross-functional product launches
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Driven, self-directed personality
  • Strong sense of mission and commitment to making a difference
  • Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a Secret (or above) US security clearance
  • Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be a US person (a US citizen, a US national, or a Green Card holder)

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
