Junior Quality Engineer
Build, Deploy, and Maintain AI for an Unpredictable World

Founded by data scientists and engineers, Striveworks set out to make the journey from deployment to ongoing optimization simple and effective.
With Striveworks, organizations aren’t just deploying AI—they’re building systems that remain reliable, adaptable, and ready to scale in an unpredictable world. Mission-critical operations require models that perform where they’re deployed, scale as workloads grow, and adapt rapidly as AI capabilities advance. Striveworks meets these demands, increasing reliability and performance while lowering costs—and enabling confident, data-driven decision-making in dynamic environments.

You are passionate about what is possible with software engineering, data science, and machine learning. You are comfortable following a defined plan while also thinking about how it can be improved, and you communicate results and ideas to your team throughout the process.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Executing manual software tests based on written test plans and scripts
- Executing manual software tests based on your intuition of what is most useful
- Clearly documenting deficiencies, reproduction paths, and ideas for underlying causes
- Clearly documenting and communicating aggregate test results and their implications
- Translating requirements documents and your knowledge of the products’ visions into relevant test plans and scripts
- Envisioning, defining, and communicating new test strategies, plans, or scripts that improve coverage, methodology, and/or efficiency
- Assisting with automating tests
- As able, diagnosing the root causes of test failures
- As able, implementing software fixes to be reviewed by other engineers
- As able, building tools and infrastructure to improve testing
- Continually expanding your knowledge of Striveworks’ software and your ability to contribute to it
