Job Summary
As an Acquisition Associate at Texel Residential, LLC, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring residential real estate opportunities. You'll work closely with our acquisitions and executive team to identify high-potential investment properties, conduct financial and market analysis, and manage transactions from initial contact through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate single-family residential investment opportunities across Dallas, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma markets.
- Conduct market research, property valuations, and financial modeling to determine viability of potential deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, brokers, and property owners.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, coordinate inspections, and facilitate due diligence processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams on acquisition strategy, budgeting, and timelines.
- Maintain CRM systems and track deal pipeline, metrics, and outcomes.
- Assist in the development of acquisition strategies and expansion into new submarkets.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or related field (investment, brokerage, underwriting, etc.)
- Strong understanding of residential real estate markets, especially in Texas, and Oklahoma.
- Proficient in financial modeling and real estate analysis tools (Excel, CRM platforms, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Texas or Oklahoma Real Estate License (preferred but not required).

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.
Salary Range
$24,000 - $24,000 USD
Total Compensation Range
$54,000 - $94,000 USD
