About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) with deep expertise in Learning & Development (L&D) to partner with business leaders, drive talent development strategies, and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role will balance strategic HR partnership with hands-on program design and delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals, talent development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.

  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives.

  • Drive employee engagement strategies, informed by feedback, surveys, and business needs.

Learning & Development Focus

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Develop leadership development frameworks, including succession planning and high-potential talent programs.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver impactful training solutions.

  • Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure program effectiveness and ROI.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends in L&D and integrate best practices into organizational programs.

Talent & Performance Management

  • Partner with managers to embed performance management practices that promote continuous feedback and growth.

  • Facilitate career development conversations and progression pathways for employees.

  • Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Promote a culture of learning, inclusivity, and collaboration.

  • Coach managers on employee engagement, retention, and talent development.

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with both global and local requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role. Strong track record in designing and executing L&D initiatives at scale.

  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to influence and execute people strategy.

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership development, succession planning, and competency frameworks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and L&D metrics tracking.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Exposure to both corporate and fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred.
