Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across all areas of Human Resources, including onboarding, employee data management, benefits, and compliance.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment, has a passion for people operations, and values precision, confidentiality, and teamwork. You will play a key role in maintaining Stronghold’s culture of integrity and excellence while supporting the firm’s continued growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding

  • Manage onboarding logistics, including offer letters, background checks, compliance documentation, and new hire orientations.
  • Maintain employee files and data for reporting and compliance purposes.

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data consistency across HR, payroll, and compliance systems.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with IT and Finance to ensure smooth employee setup, role transitions, and offboarding.

Employee Engagement & Benefits

  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
  • Support company events, engagement initiatives, and internal communications that reinforce our culture and values.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Help ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and assist with audits as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards across all HR functions.
  • Assist with data collection and workforce reporting for headcount, turnover, and compensation tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in investment management, private equity, or financial services.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Bamboo HR, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
