Title Examiner Manager - Bangalore

Ultimately, Stronghold intends to apply its technology-intensive investment approach to a variety of specialist real assets verticals, including:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact with management for project updates and issue resolution.
• Lead project teams in various operational areas.
• Plan, organize, and execute projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines.
• Oversee project teams to ensure timely and specification-compliant project completion.
• Delegate tasks and assignments to team members based on expertise and time constraints.
• Analyze and estimate project completion times.
• Provide progress reports as required by management.
• Conduct risk assessments, report identified risks to management, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between team members and management.
• Communicate issues, changes, and feedback to management.
• Meet with management to provide project updates, discuss timetables, and define work parameters.
• Ensure compliance with industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Provide direction and guidance to staff on decisions related to project performance and execution.
• Train and develop Pod Leaders and staff.
• Coordinate with management on employment-related decisions, including hiring, termination, performance evaluations, and compensation recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in US title examination, real estate, property sale agreements, or equivalent related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial role supervising 10+ direct reports.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office software.
• Proven track record in leading teams and coordinating work assignments to meet project timelines.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining information databases, spreadsheets, and text documents.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
