The Enterprise Applications Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, management, and operations of some of our key enterprise tools, including PensionPro, a retirement administration CRM platform, and Sage Intacct, Finance ERP system. The Administrator will also be the key person to support our business users of PensionPro and Sage, helping our teams find best practices, navigate the systems, and troubleshoot any issues.
**Strongpoint’s headquarters is in Chicago – our preference is for this role to be hybrid in the Chicago area.**
What you'll do:
- Help guide and support users through our key enterprise tools by assisting in troubleshooting problems and providing direction on how to navigate and use day-to-day features and functionalit
- Manage and administer the enterprise tools, ensuring optimal performance and system configuration
- Continuously optimize the enterprise software to improve efficiency, performance, and user experience
- Create and maintain documentation of best-practice processes, customizations, and configurations
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements. Work with platform vendors to implement new features and requirement
- Lead the implementation of new modules and enhancements, including documentation and end-user training
- Conduct regular system audits and maintain proper system access for users
- Facilitate and maintain integrations of other information, business systems, or applications into Sage and PensionPro, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity
Who you are:
- Previous experience working with PensionPro
- Previous experience working with Sage Intacct or similar ERP software
- Ability to quickly learn a new system and help administer the system
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within timelines
- Knowledge of web-based applications based on Microsoft technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of back-office requirements and needs in areas such as payments, confirmations, and workflows
- PMP certification a plus
