As a Sourcer in the Talent Acquisition department at Strongpoint, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Your efforts will contribute to our goal of finding exceptional individuals who embody our mission and values, ensuring that we continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
**This is a remote, temporary 3-month contract role at $25/hr & 20 hours/week **
What you'll do:
- Supporting the execution of recruitment through candidate sourcing, assessing, and coordinating interviewing
- Assist in creating a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates on initial outreach
- Tracking large volumes of candidates through multiple stages of the interview process including candidate communication, scheduling, and screening
- Leveraging Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to ensure all events are recorded
- Implementing and executing against a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, staying ahead of new innovation and industry trends
- Identifying and sourcing passive candidates for hard to fill roles, using research and tailored communication
- Continuously expanding knowledge of local, national and international talent markets, as needed
Who you are:
- 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally as part of an HR/People team
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with variety of recruiting systems required (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong understanding of computer systems, with the ability to master new systems quickly
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, records, and reports
- Willingness and excitement to jump in when needed to provide support within the team
- Flexibility: ability to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat; comfortable working with ambiguity
- Creative and process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment
- Experience in 401k or financial industry strongly preferred
