Regional Sales Manager

Location: South Central United States
Preferred Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Position Summary

Finway Group, a Strongpoint Partners firm, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business development and expand strategic relationships across the South Central United States.

This role will focus on building and strengthening partnerships with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, and other retirement plan professionals to grow awareness and adoption of Finway Group and Strongpoint Partners' retirement plan solutions, including Third-Party Administration (TPA), 3(16) Fiduciary Services, and Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the retirement plan industry, an established network within the advisor community, and the ability to translate complex retirement plan concepts into practical, consultative solutions for partners and clients.

Territory

The Regional Sales Manager will support business development throughout:

  • Texas

  • Oklahoma

  • Missouri

  • Kansas

  • Arkansas

  • Louisiana

  • Portions of Mississippi

Candidates located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area are preferred, although we are open to qualified candidates located elsewhere within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, and other retirement plan intermediaries.

  • Expand Finway Group and Strongpoint Partners' distribution relationships throughout the South Central United States.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, ERISA attorneys, consultants, and other centers of influence.

  • Execute strategic sales initiatives designed to increase awareness and adoption of Finway's retirement plan solutions.

  • Serve as a trusted resource to partners by providing consultative guidance on plan design, compliance considerations, and administrative efficiencies.

  • Identify market opportunities and stay informed of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes.

  • Partner with internal operations and consulting teams to develop solutions tailored to client and advisor needs.

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide consistent forecasting, activity reporting, and updates on business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retirement plan sales experience.

  • Strong knowledge of the retirement plan industry, including plan design, retirement products, and related solutions.

  • Experience selling TPA, 3(16), PEP, or other retirement plan services.

  • External sales and territory development experience preferred.

  • Established relationships with RIAs, retirement plan advisors, and other industry partners are highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of successful business development.

    Compensation: $100,000 base salary + incentive compensation
