You set clear expectations, maintain a high bar for accuracy, and build processes that scale as the business grows—all while keeping the client experience at the center of the team’s work.

Please Note: This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Eastern and Central time zones only. Due to the primary locations of our client teams, preference will be given to candidates in the Atlanta area who are able to work on a hybrid schedule.

  • Lead plan provision and onboarding calls for complex or high-priority clients, advising clients and advisors on plan design options and next steps

  • Guide the team on plan design improvements and solutions for provisions that may not be supported by recordkeepers

Process & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and quality control practices for the onboarding process

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for recordkeepers, advisors, and internal teams to resolve recurring issues and keep projects moving

  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, workflows, and technology as the business grows
