You Will...

  • Lead strategic discovery and research for complex client engagements.
  • Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, audience definitions, customer journeys, and strategic recommendations.
  • Plan and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative working sessions.
  • Design and execute primary and secondary research initiatives.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop creative briefs, experience strategies, and strategic frameworks that guide cross-functional teams.
  • Partner closely with Creative Directors, Client Partners, Designers, Architects, and Producers throughout project lifecycles.
  • Help shape new business opportunities by contributing strategic thinking during pitches and discovery conversations.
  • Continue evolving STRUCK's strategy processes, templates, methodologies, and thought leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate emerging research methods, AI tools, and innovation practices into our strategic work.

You Have...

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy within an agency, consulting, innovation, or brand environment.
  • Proven experience leading strategy for complex brands and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Expertise in:
    • Brand positioning
    • Messaging architecture
    • Audience definition
    • Customer experience strategy
    • Journey mapping
    • Workshop facilitation
    • Insight synthesis
    • Strategic recommendations
  • Experience conducting both primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • The ability to simplify ambiguity into compelling narratives and actionable plans.
  • Experience collaborating across creative, digital, experiential, and physical environments.
  • A strong appreciation for design, storytelling, user experience, and business strategy.
