Business Developer Acquisition (France & Belgium)
To support our rapid growth, we are strengthening our Key Account Management team with a new strategic role focused on client acquisition for France and Belgium.
Your Mission
As a Business Developer Acquisition, your role will be to identify, prospect, and onboard new professional Real Estate partners (real estate agencies, private student residences, institutional landlords) in France and Belgium. Once these partners are signed, they will be handed off to our Key Account Managers for ongoing relationship management.
You’ll work closely with our Sales, Operations, and Product teams to develop our offer and expand Studapart’s presence in the housing ecosystem.
🧭 Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in France and Belgium
- Proactively prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct sales meetings
- Build tailored commercial proposals for decision-makers (directors, property managers, marketers)
- Negotiate and close partnership deals
- Onboard new clients to the platform
📈 Competitive Intelligence & Sales Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities or risks
- Gather feedback from the field and analyze client needs to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with the Head of Key Account Management to define acquisition priorities and refine sales tactics
- Propose improvements to outreach methods, pitch materials, and lead qualification processes
📊 Monitoring & Reporting
- Track acquisition KPIs (volume, conversion rate, partner profiles)
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Hubspot)
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and market expansion strategies
Your Profile
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a sales-hunting role, ideally in real estate, tech, or B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills, results orientation and comfortable with outbound prospecting and deal closing
- Able to communicate with various types of stakeholders and tailor your pitch accordingly
- Autonomous, highly organized, resilient, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a young international environment
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Hubspot)
- Knowledge of the FR and BE real estate market will be a plus,
- Fluent in French; English is required for group collaboration
- Based in Paris; occasional travel required
