Salesforce Project Manager

Studio Science is seeking a motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to support our enterprise Salesforce clients.

In this role you'll provide project and account management support to assigned projects and be accountable for overall delivery, and scope, schedule, and budget management across multiple, parallel engagements. The ideal candidate should be an innovative and detail-oriented problem solver, committed to a growth mindset, with a strong background in complex or custom technology implementation, ready to utilize this experience to deliver extraordinary technology consulting services and cloud-based solutions that drive customer satisfaction and client retention.


Responsibilities

Project Management (approx. 75%)

  • Develop, document, and maintain project management deliverables, including project plans; budget, scope and timeline status reports; and issue and risk tracking and mitigation logs
  • Develop project strategies and plans in collaboration with project and delivery leaders, and identify the methods and tools required for the project
  • Forecast project resources and communicate resourcing needs throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project budgets against plans and work with the client and project team to resolve variances in a timely manner
  • Manage day-to-day project and team operations to ensure all project deliverables are met and drive toward successful project completion
  • Identify, socialize and implement the most effective processes to maintain strong project management best practice across the team
  • Adhere to internal project processes and status reporting procedures
  • Manage scope creep by coordinating and responding to requests that vary from original specifications
  • Ensure quality of project deliverables through extensive planning, execution, quality assurance and quality control techniques
  • Coach and mentor teams to follow agile best practices (when appropriate)

Account Management (approx. 25%)

  • Create significant value for customers by rapidly delivering quality technology solutions
  • Comply with applicable industry and client standards and regulations, including privacy and security
  • Identify growth opportunities within a project and across the client organization
  • Manage client relationships and expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or better in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or a related area of study; combination of education and technical experience is also acceptable
  • 5+ years of project management experience focused on technology consulting or professional services
  • Proven ability to drive operations and project management through the strategic development and implementation of clearly defined processes and procedures.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce or MuleSoft platform and products; Salesforce certification highly desired
  • Knowledge and experience with digital experience or creative design projects a plus
  • Experience working with stakeholders and end users to understand business problems and identify solutions; understanding SDLC methodologies and a discover, design, execute and deploy project structure
  • Skilled in leading a project from start to completion and the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages
  • Proven ability to drive service delivery, from start to finish including analyzing the opportunities, building relationships, developing delivery strategy, and executing against the strategy
  • Ability to navigate business initiatives with ease, persuade and negotiate with others as necessary, and establish long-range objectives while specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them
  • Metrics-driven thinker with high-level deductive reasoning skills
  • Self-starter who is organized, intuitive, and a collaborative problem solver with the ability to be effective in a complex environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, mentoring and collaboration skills
  • Experience in agile approaches to project management
  • High professional and personal standards with unquestioned integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work remotely and in a professional manner from home in a United States-based location
  • Ability and flexibility to work with global clients across multiple time zones and for occasional travel to client sties and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, IN
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer without the need for sponsorship now or anytime in the future
