Executive Assistant to the CEO

Based in NYC, we are looking for a highly-organized, service oriented, and proactive self-starter to work directly for our CEO as her executive and personal assistant. Ultimately you will be responsible for helping her be as effective as possible, by focusing on providing critical administrative and operational support. Your time will be split between providing support across her CEO responsibilities as well as providing light personal administrative support as well. Over time, you will also have the opportunity to take on higher level project work and project management in addition to the critical administrative support.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to build and execute key organizational and prioritization systems across CEO’s responsibilities
- Execute administrative tasks and responsibilities including scheduling, booking travel, preparing daily materials, organizing pre-work and research for meetings
- Calendar management across CEO’s work and personal calendar
- Maintaining and helping to manage list of priorities and to-dos
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders as related to administrative to-dos
- Managing a system for effective email management
- Ad hoc project work and/or project management for core priorities for Studs
- Managing personal administrative tasks (e.g. booking family travel)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of executive assistant / personal assistant experience, preferably in supporting a C-Suite executive or executive vice president
- Extremely computer savvy, including proficiency with Google suite products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- No “task is too small” attitude and impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Polished, professional and a skilled communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple, complex work streams and never missing a beat
- Feedback oriented and eager for learning and growth
- Excellent customer services skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the company, external guests, and business partners
- Proactive, creative problem solver that consistently acts with integrity and speaks up
- Connects tasks to goals, and also connects the dots across seemingly unrelated concepts and ideas
- Owner’s mindset, with the ability to approach problems with a positive attitude
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to build relationships with colleagues across the business
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion
