Manager, E-Commerce

Salary Range: $110,000–$125,000 base + equity
We’re looking for a data-driven, execution-oriented Manager, E-Commerce to own day-to-day performance across our digital channels. This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and is responsible for managing our paid media and lifecycle marketing programs, partnering with agencies and vendors to drive traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase across our DTC business.
This is a cross-functional role that requires strong project management, creative judgment, and channel insight — along with comfort working hands-on in tools and platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Finance, and our in-house Creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own digital performance across paid and lifecycle channels.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and paid media programs in partnership with external vendors
- Monitor and report on key metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, LTV); identify and address underperformance
- Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to adjust spend, audience targeting, and content strategy as needed
Manage the creative and campaign workflow across digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with in-house Creative and Brand teams to develop and brief digital content
- Ensure on-time delivery of paid assets, email sends, and promotional updates
- Coordinate messaging alignment across lifecycle, paid, and product campaigns
Maintain and optimize our e-commerce infrastructure.
- Own execution of on-site merchandising updates, PDP accuracy, and homepage refreshes
- Support launches, promotions, and product drops from a site and email/SMS perspective
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing or UX improvement in partnership with agencies or dev
Forecast, report, and partner cross-functionally.
- Collaborate with Finance on weekly sales forecasts and monthly reporting
- Maintain visibility into channel ROI and drive recommendations for optimization
- Work closely with Merchandising on promotional planning and site readiness

Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or growth marketing at a consumer brand or agency
- Strong working knowledge of email/SMS marketing, paid media, and site merchandising
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Klaviyo, Shopify, and Meta Ads Manager
- Ability to manage agencies and vendors to deliver against performance goals
- Solid analytical skills; able to pull, interpret, and present data to drive decisions
- Strong project manager with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Creative eye and familiarity with brand-forward digital execution
- Owner’s mindset; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
