Freelancer Operations Administrator (Contract)
Responsibilities include some or all of the following:
- Evaluate prospective contractors for our various content products
- Monitor candidate pools to ensure that content projects are effectively sourced
- Work with internal team on creation of new contractor applications and general ATS maintenance
- Manage the recruitment team inbox to ensure contractor questions are answered in a timely manner
- Research potential recruitment partners and other opportunities for international expansion
- Must be available for a minimum of four hours of overlapping time with the in-house team per regular work day (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time)
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and connecting sheets
- Exceptional written and spoken English language skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Background in operations or recruitment is a plus
- Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week, including required hours Monday-Friday
- Reliable Payments: You'll receive payments twice a month and automated invoicing for your work.
- Remote Work: This is a fully online contracted work-from-home opportunity.
- Support: Our supportive staff is available answer your questions and help you get up and running.
The Contract Process

- Applications are approved and contracts sent on Wednesdays.
- Submit the contract within the 5-day signing window.
