About the Role

As Director of Product Marketing, you will define how StyleSeat tells its story. You will shape the messaging and positioning that prove our value to customers, lead go-to-market strategy for new launches, and ensure our brand comes through clearly across every channel. Partnering closely with product, performance, and lifecycle marketing, you will deliver the assets, content, and strategy that fuel growth and retention. This role is both strategic and hands-on, setting the vision while building the foundation that unlocks new channels, drives stronger sentiment, and accelerates StyleSeat’s growth.

What You’ll Do

Main Responsibilities

  • Value Messaging & Strategy – Establish clear, compelling messaging that proves StyleSeat’s value, driving higher sentiment and reducing churn.
  • Sell Pages & Conversion Assets – Own the creation of high-performing product and feature pages, blog articles, and testimonials that increase conversion across all channels.
  • Content & Storytelling – Deliver educational and motivational content, including testimonials, and partner on distribution strategy to ensure the right message reaches customers at the right time.
  • Evangelist Program – Build and maintain a group of highly engaged advocates to validate messaging, provide rapid feedback, strengthen sentiment, and amplify StyleSeat’s story externally.
  • Performance Marketing Partnership – Provide assets, content, and narrative that enable performance marketers to convert at a higher rate. Partner on strategies for new channels (e.g., TikTok, Reddit), defining brand tone, messaging, and milestones for success.
  • Lifecycle Marketing Partnership – Own the top-down lifecycle strategy: deliver narrative, content, and strategy across channels; build testimonials and feedback loops; and partner with lifecycle marketing to integrate this narrative into campaigns.
  • Go-To-Market Leadership – Own the GTM process and strategy for every launch, ensuring messaging and content are clear, consistent, and impactful across all channels.

Deliverables: First 6–12 Months

  • Lead improvements in the GTM process that drive stronger, more impactful launches.
  • Develop foundational messaging and positioning for StyleSeat and core product lines, and partner with lifecycle and content teams to deliver that to customers.
  • Create high performing sell pages that clearly communicate the value of StyleSeat.
  • Build messaging frameworks and assets for performance marketing channels.
  • Establish a group of key customers to provide feedback, participate in beta launches, and help shape the future of StyleSeat.

Who You Are

Successful candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds, yet here are some of the critical experiences we’re looking for:

Must Haves

  • 8+ years in product or growth marketing, with experience in SaaS or marketplace businesses.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
