About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Specialist, Assessment Services & Support Operations to join our Schooling team. The Academic Program Services Team enables excellent academic operations across Success Academy’s Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. The team develops and codifies simple and scalable policies, processes, and systems that enable SA to maintain academic operations excellence as we scale.
Reporting to the Lead, Scholar Assessment Operations, the Senior Specialist, Assessment Services & Support Operations will be responsible for planning and executing internal assessment strategies across 55 schools. This individual contributor role requires strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal assessment projects across 55 schools, ensuring timely and effective implementation of assessment strategies.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and network staff to facilitate effective assessment implementation and gather feedback.

Drives strategic implementation: Deeply comprehends and implements internal assessment policies, procedures, and systems that drive academic excellence.

School Support: Provide on-site support and guidance to schools on internal assessment best practices, including critical path planning and execution.

Data Management: Manage school compliance with policies and expectations for accurate and timely entry of assessment data.

Training and Resources: Develop resources and lead effective training sessions to ensure the ethical and excellent administration of internal assessments.

Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for assessment-related inquiries and effectively communicate assessment information to stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in internal assessment workflows, proposing and implementing smart improvements.

Technology Integration: Identify opportunities to better leverage technology solutions and collaborate with the Technology team to implement improvements.
Required Qualifications

3-5 years of combined relevant work experience in project management, ideally within an academic environment.

Experience working with decentralized teams within a matrixed organization.

Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation Range
$80,000 - $90,000 USD
