As part of Success Academy’s Schooling Team, you will lead high-stakes efforts to shape the systems that deliver consistent, world-class support to educators and scholars as we grow our movement to transform K-12 education across the nation.

We are seeking an Analyst to join the Success Academy and our Schooling Department. This position is designed for an individual interested in building strategic planning & tracking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Tracking
Lead the creation and implementation of systems to define, track, and report on departmental goals, KPIs, and SLAs.
Drive the annual budgeting process in collaboration with Finance and Schooling leadership.
Track monthly spend and forecast variances to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Maintain an up-to-date headcount tracker and coordinate with HR and Finance on staffing changes.
Forecast staffing needs and monitor hiring progress against headcount plans.
Support in organizing and driving Org planning discussions
Departmental Process Management
Create, manage, and measure a centralized Schooling vendor management & tracking program
Train and support Schooling hiring managers and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely, quality hires.
Executive Reporting
By synthesizing complex information into clear, strategic insights for executives, prepare high-quality, data-rich updates that communicate progress against goals and KPIs.
Build and maintain centralized dashboards for KPIs and team goals using visualization tools
Ensure data quality and usability for internal stakeholders across all levels of the school team
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or FP&A, preferably with budget oversight and cross-functional leadership.

Strong analytical skills, experience designing dashboards and executive-level reports using tools like Looker, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
AI & Language Model Integration: Leverage expertise in large language models (LLMs) and advanced language modeling techniques to design, test, and integrate AI-driven solutions that streamline operations, enhance knowledge management, and improve service delivery across the schooling network
Proven track record in managing budgeting, headcount planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
Clear and concise communicator with experience preparing presentations and updates for executive audiences.
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking approach; able to create structure in ambiguous settings.
