We're currently seeking an exceptional Associate Dean of Arts & Athletics to join our Leadership Team.

Given the investment we make in you and our scholars, we ask for a multi-year commitment for all Associate Dean candidates.

As an Associate Dean, you will drive instruction and create a school culture of scholar talent through multiple practices, with a focus on our scholar talent program:

Honing their own moral authority and emotional intelligence to positively evolve their school’s culture;
Directly managing teams of teachers and being accountable for moving their instructional practice and their students’ achievement;
Managing teams and their participation in competitions and events such as track meets, chess tournaments, choral competitions, and theater productions;
Managing the budget and logistics for scholar talent events and competitions, having a strong fiduciary responsibility;
Managing the high school’s club program through coordination of advisors, club leadership, and club budgets;
Owning talent achievement while partnering with the other leaders on the leadership team to run an excellent school; and
Weighing in on decisions with school design and oversight, including scheduling, staff recruitment and hiring, data analysis, and ensuring operational excellence.

Compensation Range

$90,000 - $90,000 USD
