Growth Marketing Campaign Manager

New York

Thanks for your interest in Success Academy! Running a large, fast-growing, and high-performing network of public charter schools takes a village - families, children, teachers, staff and faculty, advocates, and supporters alike. We are growing fast in New York and expanding to Florida, and we would love to welcome you to our community! We work tirelessly every day to ensure children have access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education regardless of zip code or economic status. When you join SA, you play a part in giving every student who walks through our doors a fair shot at reaching his or her potential.

Overview

We are seeking an organized, solutions-oriented Growth Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, your primary responsibility is leading the day-to-day planning, scheduling, and multi-channel execution of our growth campaigns—bringing calendar discipline, speed, and process to a fast-paced environment so our marketing efforts stay organized and well ahead of key enrollment deadlines.

Beyond managing the core campaign engine, you will serve as a key operational partner on strategic web and technology projects. You will collaborate closely across Creative, Strategy, IT, and external vendor partners to eliminate manual friction, streamline workflows, and upgrade our digital platforms—ultimately creating a seamless, welcoming experience for prospective families as they discover, apply, and enroll across our established NY schools and expanding Florida markets.

If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, excel at bringing structure to complex campaign roadmaps, and love finding smart, automated ways to help prospective families connect with our schools, we’d love to connect.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Ownership & Timelines: Drive day-to-day launch schedules, production calendars, and multi-channel delivery across paid & integrated media, CRM (email & SMS), direct mail, and web. Ensure our Growth Marketing team stays organized and well ahead of critical student enrollment milestones across our target NY and FL markets.
  • Process Automation & Workflow Optimization: Partner with internal IT, web developers, and martech vendors to eliminate manual workarounds—building automated campaign workflows, streamlined handoffs, and smarter system integrations that allow our team to scale efficiently.
  • Creative Coordination & Experimentation Strategy: Partner with growth strategists and internal creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors) to translate performance hypotheses into clear briefs, managing continuous A/B testing cycles and asset pipelines in a fast-moving testing environment.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Serve as the primary Growth Marketing operational lead for external agency partners (media teams, SEO specialists, web developers, and martech vendors)—holding partners accountable to timelines, deliverables, and shared campaign goals.
  • Strategic Web & CRM Experience: Lead operational cross-functional projects in support of growth—including website governance models, landing page/URL hierarchies, new feature rollouts, and connecting web forms/data capture directly to automated HubSpot CRM workflows to enhance the digital journey for prospective families.
  • Operational Excellence & Rigorous QA/QC: Build and maintain clean project tracking systems in tools like Asana or Monday.com. Enforce strict QA/QC standards before any launch—verifying link functionality, channel spec requirements, tracking URLs, and brand alignment across all campaign deliverables.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience leading campaign execution, project planning, or growth marketing delivery in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment.
  • Integrated Campaign Mastery: Proven track record keeping fast-moving campaigns on schedule across paid & integrated media, CRM, direct mail, and web experiences.
  • MarTech & Automation Literacy: Hands-on experience with modern marketing ecosystems (CMS platforms, landing page tools, HubSpot/CRM environments) and a track record of partnering with IT/developers to build automated marketing workflows.
  • Strong Organizational & Stakeholder Skills: Exceptional communication, timeline tracking, and relationship-building skills to keep creative, technical, and leadership partners aligned under tight turnarounds.

Traits That Fit This Role

  • Master Organizer & Efficiency Mindset: You thrive on bringing structure, clarity, and calendar discipline to fast-moving marketing teams, always looking for ways to automate and simplify manual tasks.
  • Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: You don't wait to be given answers; you naturally spot timeline bottlenecks early, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and figure out practical ways to move projects forward.
  • High Bar for Quality & QA: You take pride in relentless attention to detail, double-checking links, tracking, and specs so campaigns go live flawlessly every time.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
