What will you do everyday?

As Director of Platform Marketing, you have the opportunity to help build a new product from the ground up.  Suki Platform is the AI engine that powers our award-winning Suki Assistant. Suki Platform is available to healthcare technology companies looking to add AI capabilities to their solutions - they can leverage our industry-leading tech with minimal development effort, giving their users powerful new capabilities and an enhanced user experience.

In this role, you’ll build and execute the marketing strategy for Suki Platform.  From positioning and messaging to demand generation to product marketing, you’ll plan an instrumental role in establishing this new business line. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Suki Platform.  Understand the needs of the target audience - healthcare technology companies like EHRs, telehealth companies, and more - and develop a holistic plan encompassing messaging, demand generation, product marketing, collateral development, sales enablement, etc. based on those needs.
  • Position Suki Platform as the de facto AI engine for healthcare.
  • Partner cross functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing colleagues successfully execute programs.
  • Own the forecast for Suki Platform and deliver against it.  Measure impact of marketing programs and optimize accordingly.
  • Eventually, build out a team to support Suki Platform marketing.

  • Data-driven: You’re proficient in deriving insights from data and making decisions accordingly.
  • Collaborative: You work well with others, are open to feedback and learning, and work without an ego.

Requirements*

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with a focus technology platforms or B2B solutions.  Must have experience across all main marketing disciplines including messaging, communications, demand generation, product marketing.
  • Excellent cross functional skills with the ability to effectively navigate a highly dynamic organization
  • Ability to zoom out strategically and zoom in to execute with excellence
  • Self-starter that has successfully stood up new business lines or major initiatives.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves .
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects
  • Experience with AI a plus

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $200,000 - $220,000 in CA.  This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
