Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an exceptional Full Stack Engineer with leadership flair to join our founding team. As a healthcare enthusiast passionate about using AI to tackle significant industry challenges, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the current and future capabilities of our product. Working closely with the co-founders, you’ll be responsible for building core components, expanding the engineering team, and elevating our product to the next level. If you’re eager to make a real impact in healthcare, we’d love to have you on board.

What You'll Do

Build and Innovate: Enhance existing systems and build new ones from scratch, either independently or by leading other engineers.
Develop APIs: Create new APIs with proper documentation to drive our product forward.
Ensure Security: Implement and manage robust security and data protection measures.
Grow the Team: Help identify and recruit top-tier technical talent.
Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

What You Bring

Experience: 6+ years in full-stack software development with a history of building high-quality, well-tested products.
Education: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
DevOps Skills: Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
AI/ML Applications: Experience working on AI/ML applications is a big plus.
Startup Mindset: Previous experience at a Seed/Series A startup is ideal.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in software development methodologies, programming languages, and system architecture.

Our Tech Stack

Frontend: ReactJS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.
Backend: Node.js, Express.js.
Databases: NoSQL and SQL.
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (GCP, Azure, AWS).
Bonus: Experience with Applied GenAI, LLMOps, and LLM evaluations.
